The final resting pose was for a suitable period of time & when the gongs started to play through the speakers (about 6 minutes in?) my entire body got goosebumps! I will definitely be back :)

The instructor made everything easy to understand, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the practice. Her kindness and gentle approach truly enhanced the experience.
