But, they managed to make it fun and it’s 45 minutes to dedicate ourselves for our well-being. I’ll take it. What a great place and community of humans!

alle beoordelingen weergevenGreat class. Very organized and structured. The instructor(Matt) made sure I was doing the moves correctly. But also they do have the moves playing on a screen for each station. Only thing missing was some stretching after. So I’ll give this a 9/10. Highly recommend

I really don’t think that I could do any of these exercises without his enthusiasm and the care that he shows in making sure that I am doing the exercises safely and correctly. This is the best gym that I’ve been to.

I am a gym guy and prefer the typical weights but this class combines weights with movements that keeps you as a constant motion burning an unbelievable amount of calories. If you’re looking for something to lose weight, Burn Fat and still retain a good muscle mass, I will recommend taking his class. PS the playlist is fire.
