From the moment we walked in, Rafael at the front desk made it extra special—he had a little board welcoming me and my friends by name, which was such a thoughtful touch. The energy in the room was amazing. Everyone was constantly moving through different stations, giving it that fun, circuit-style vibe similar to F45. The whole place felt super motivating and high-energy. Overall, the ambiance, the workout, and the attention to detail made it a fantastic experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I have been searching to find a HIIT home as this place is straight forward, non-intimidating, music is great and motivating. I enjoyed having the instructors correct my form as needed, while being encouraging and pushing us to the final countdown. It goes by really quick! You see your name assigned to a station and exercise and you just go at your own pace at how many reps you can. I felt not only in my upper arms but my core. You cannot beat the amount of calories burned on this 40 minute fast pace class!! Highly recommend and the longest review I have ever left on ClassPass! Looking forward to the next one!!

The 6:30pm classes especially on Tuesdays and Thursdays this group in particular help each other out tremendously and are fully supportive with one another - I have been coming for 1 month now it’s made such a difference in my life and my cousins as well we’re really grateful to this group particularly the women that’ are always supportive with one another!!! Coaches take time to look at your form to make sure your properly lifting and if your not doing it correctly to possibly adjust or correct you so you are lifting properly or adjust your weights so you can build the strength from where you are at the moment. I let her know it was my first time there and she took over. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ She made sure I had what I needed before the class. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ During class she led a fun, but challenging session designed for intermediate and advanced yogis. (Beginners could take this class also but may understand the names of the movements and poses). Lexie did every single move, rep, and modifications all while still having the breath to articulate in detail every movement. I didn’t even have to look at her (I still looked but didn’t have to). ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ And then after she spoke with me about my injuries, offered her experience and gave solid feedback for modifications.
