She begins with a simple motion that leads to a harder workout so its easy to follow along and i felt great afterwards! The clothes in the lobby are also adorable! Will definitely be back

The spin class however felt like it was recently added on or they just ran out of money for the program. It was in this small back room that wasn’t finished and felt completely different than a class at a traditional spin facility.
