The little add ons to each pose to change the muscle engagement made the class much needed post my gym workout. Atmosphere of the outdoor space at night with the lighting made floor work and shivasana so relaxing!

It was, hands down, the funnest yoga class I've ever taken - I loved every single bit of it! Sharon's teaching style is engaging, informative, and inspiring. She expertly guided us through each chakra, sharing her vast knowledge and introducing me to new mantras, including the beautiful Lotus Flower. Her passion and energy are contagious! The class was both challenging and nurturing, leaving me feeling flabbergasted and beaming with a super grin happy face! If you're looking for a unique and transformative yoga experience, look no further! Sharon Burkee is a true gem, and I can't wait to attend her class again. 5 stars, 10/10, and a heart full of gratitude!
