A great way to decompress after a long shift from the hospital. I’m glad I was able to keep up with other baddies in the class.

Her pace was perfect and had a beautiful rhythm. I really hope she teaches a class like this regularly, this was one of the best restorative classes I have been to!

One thing I would say is to dim the lights from the entrance or get curtains to block out the light from the classroom. The room space itself is gorgeous overlooking the water and fountains. Don’t go expecting an intense workout. It was truly perfect for all levels. And Samantha’s teaching style was so easy to follow. You could do the whole class with your eyes closed because she so clearly cued everything. Would definitely go again!

I went down a rabbit hole of research before i booked! I went in for 4 min. I lay on a table, bright light started to come on and i saw colors and patterns and reds and then blues, greens and then black it then calming music i head phones. It was kinda like i was tripping lol. But not. Idk but im never down for things on weekdays and i havent been motivated to clean and today i did BOTH!
