I have gone back every week since! Kameryn demonstrates all the moves and encourages the class throughout the entire workout. The studio is usually really warm and it was hot, but it definitely wasn’t so warm that you couldn’t breathe as sometimes it gets. Want to add this Saturday class to my rotation. I specifically loved that she toggled weight from foot to foot in preparation for balancing poses. I’ve never had an instructor do this before, and it actually helped me ease into the balancing position much better, and I was able to maintain my balance pose for the hold. For an evening of reconnecting with the self and a gentle flow, I recommend this Yoga Cure class.

This class is Paul-Ho was beautiful, the flow was gentle and smooth, it offered places to reach farther towards my edge, it offered depth and energy but also rest and stillness. I’m so disappointed I work Saturdays I would love to come every week! 🙏🏼😭
