alle beoordelingen weergevenThe class was a nice way to wind down the evening and the work week. I like how Robert walked the newcomers through expectations. The experience was surprising, in a good way, and calming at various times throughout the evening. I still feel the effects of the breath work hours after the class. The Breathwork made me aware of the existing kindness around me in the community and reminded me ti also berate and return the kindness.
