alle beoordelingen weergevenNicole was super fun and she had the best energy in an instructor I’ve ever experienced!!!! It was easy to follow but got my heart rate up, and when I thought I couldn’t move anymore, she would put in these slower steps that got me recovered….. and repeat!!! It was so nice that WHENEVER I saw her she was smiling and had the positive energy even when everybody looked so serious, because we wish we could smile we just couldn’t! Nicole really kept up the energy and fun in the class!!
