I’ve attempted an ice bath before in a different place but failed miserably by running out within seconds. At Othership, I had a lady guide me through it the whole time and I was able to last in the ice bath for 2 minutes! Overall, I highly recommend going here. Great service, clean place, and very peaceful experience. I couldn’t stop smiling after.

see all reviewsI came here for compression sleeves and the infrared sauna. I felt really good afterwards and grateful they had a shower to freshen up. Important note, the set up of this space is like a public gym, so you should bring noise cancelling headphones for the compression sleeves and maybe ear plugs for the infrared sauna, because the noises in the gym are amplified in the sauna room.
