Elissa gave lots of hands on direction which was so nice and she really encouraged everyone in the class to follow their bodies and made space for that to really happen. It was so unique and wonderful. What a gem.

The salon was immaculate (and the staff were cleaning throughout at all empty stations, ensuring each was properly sanitized), and the staff were so welcoming. They offer free massages (asking for cash tips). I had the spa pedicure as well as a back massage. Each included a stone massage as well. i can't wait to come back here! I was charged for top coat polish $1 and gel removal $5 which wasn't bad at all. Emilen was great, pleasant offered good conversation, and did an excellent job.

But after an hour of laying on the PEMF mat, I feel so much better… and the next day, AMAZING! The magnetic field created little twitches in all of the tiny stabilizer muscles and deeply located crevices of my core. Tension in places where I didn’t feel sore responded to the therapy magically with a twitch and release. Now I know where to go when my hips need a tune-up after a series of tough core workouts.

He eased me into the massage so that he wasn’t immediately digging into my body and it was the first time where I felt true relief after a massage. I normally have a low pain tolerance and am usually squirmish during a massage but he took his time and ensured my knots got out. Would highly recommend this establishment!
