see all reviewsInstructor was great! Only feedback I have is the doorbell buzzing after class had started. Someone rang like 4 times and completely stopped & distracted the class. I think it might be helpful to mark on the app & door that you need to “pull” the front door instead of pushing it.

see all reviewsAmazing class!!! Please have Adair do the Sunday morning classes regularly 🙏 She is sooo good. Perfect cues and pace (not too fast), really cares about our form, gets our stretch in as well as a good flow; and music isn’t too loud, just the right volume. Love how she always leaves the fans on at the entire end of class. Everyone left class happy and told Adair how awesome class was! I will stalking her classes from now on 😂

see all reviewsLoved this class. Beautiful studio, great environment and thoughtful instructor. Music was great too. I really enjoyed the flow and pace; time flew by that I didn’t even notice the 60min go by. I was completely immersed. Though I’m not an advanced yogi, this was certainly a more challenging class (at least for me). I have a good understanding of yoga poses so was able to follow the class

see all reviewsSuch a refreshing and fun class! I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by his class and blown away by how wonderful the experience was. There are quite a lot of inversions and complicated twists which I am not too crazy about usually but the way he let us take our time and guided us through them was just beautiful. He is not just repeating the “right” words. He knows what he is doing and he guides you with intention. If you are bored with the usual yoga classes that you go to, I highly recommend taking his class. His 75 min just made me so happy. Thank you.

Somatic release classes are so far and few and I’m so glad she’s creating the space for something totally needed. It felt like the class flew by and I’ll definitely be back for more. I left feeling so much better than when I stepped in, thank you so much Lexie! 💖

see all reviewsSuch a fun sequence! Kamaye rockstar instructor. Had no idea the class was ballet based which I personally felt grounded the challenging aspects of mat pilates with refined movement and thoughtful posture. Great for all levels. Not a fan of Crunch front desk, I’ve read the general consensus is that they’re never truly warm to Classpass members which was true in my experience. C'est la vie, worth the disassociated shade for this awesome class.
