It was a hot day when I went and the cooling mask really soothed my skin. 😎 I will be telling all my friends and family. One thing to know is that when you reserve it says 60 minutes, but it is actually 30 minutes of cryo- on one single body part - that would be like your belly or one arm or one thigh -and then nine minutes on a vibrational plate. While everything else was great - professional, lovely space, lovely human, I would have appreciated more clarity about that before booking so it wasn’t a surprise when I got there.
