I am suggesting that she reminds students to use their quiet indoor voices at the end of class, as some people choose to stay in chavasana for a few more minutes. (I unfortunately left feeling a bit violated by 2 students talking about their plans for the day incredibly loudly 20 inches from my ear while I was still recovering. It was incredibly disrespectful, and I couldn’t believe they were that oblivious.)

His sequencing flows beautifully, the music is always on point, and he’s fully present throughout class. Every session is challenging without feeling overwhelming, and I always leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and completely refreshed. If you’re looking for a class that’s both rewarding and thoughtfully taught, I can’t recommend Cameron Lewis’s classes enough.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI absolutely LOVE this studio. It’s clean, spacious and parking is validated and easy. The only thing I would recommend for the class with Christian is sometimes it felt a little too fast paced. I’m all for a tough workout but I noticed with absolutely 0 breaks we would take 5 second rests during a set. Even if he gave us a “5 second water break, alright let’s go” it would allow us to complete the entire workout. For example, let’s say we do lunges on one side. 5 second break, then the next. When we were catching our breath, it was during the other side. I also may be nitpicking but I enjoy other classes when we get even a 3 second break. TY Christian I will definitely be back!

Heather was so intentional with her guidance and modifications. it made class flow easily and personalized to each student.
