So many studios are full on work out flows - this was a challenging slow grounded in a very deep and tapped in and spiritual practice without feeling heavy handed either. The space is beautiful and there is tons of room. Sarah creates a really sacred energy. High high high rec. Parking can be tricky so get there early!
