I love checking out local yoga studios when I travel, and I really enjoyed the traditional hot yoga sequence and the welcoming atmosphere here. The instructors were kind, knowledgeable, and intentional about taking the time to guide students who were newer to the sequence, which made the practice feel accessible without taking away from the tradition of the class. The studio had a wonderful energy, and I felt comfortable and supported from the moment I walked in. Whether you’re familiar with the traditional hot sequence or trying it for the first time, I would absolutely recommend giving this studio a try. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town!
