They were excited and good energy and the facilities were amazing. Also the other people in the class, which I was checking out were really really motivated and looked like from different walks of life, which was super humbling and also eye-opening that this is really changing their lives to do fitness for strength training. The workouts were good and you could adjust to your level, which was a comforting feeling as well for someone popping in a class.

When I got there I waited an extra 15 min but was offered a complimentary drink in the waiting room. I loved the results of my blowout tho! Other than the scheduling I really liked the place and would love to return for another session!
