I called beforehand as I saw some other reviews about booking issues. Marissa clarified that it is better to call and verify availability prior to booking the appointment on ClassPass so that’s what we did. The appointment was pretty easy. She applied a sticky pad on my back, ultrasound gel to my face and used the device on my face. It was heated & warm but not hot. Marissa checked in with me throughout the appointment to make sure it wasn’t too hot for my liking. I saw results instantly after my appointment. Cannot say the results lasted the next day or afterwards since my cycle arrived overnight and I do bloat when on it. I’d try it again, maybe on the day of an event so I can look and feel snatched.
