I also particularly liked the toning segment with the weights. I’ve been taking her classes for a long time already and I must mention that she is always inventive in her exercises! She also made sure to acknowledge the strides we made. The space was adequate, however the shower area, since they are sharing with another establishment, it is not as clean and conducive. Place is tidy enough, might get a bit cramped during night time since its kinda small. Bathrooms are a so-so, air conditioner isnt working but on going maintenance.
