But if you are alone and/or chubby like me that struggles with fitness, the coach wouldn’t make you feel left out. I would definitely repeat :)

He's very passionate about his craft and very sincere and eager to teach. I was with a more advanced student, and Coach Paolo taught him according to his level. Just enough to encourage! Despite the distance of the gym from my home, definitely thinking of coming back. Very fun and engaging class!

I don’t like that there are cameras by the lockers but I get it, there might have been issues with theft and there are changing rooms anyway so it’s all good. I haven’t tried the steam room but it’s nice to know it’s an option.

You really don’t have to bring much. The steam room is separate from the sauna room. I only used the sauna room. The onsen is nice as well. There are two with different temperatures. Overall a very relaxing experience. Will come back!

The workout was challenging but since you get a lot of encouragement, it became fun. The gym itself is a little hard to find so make sure you go to Capitol Greenstreet a bit early to find it. It’s the commercial complex before the gate going in to Ayala Heights. Will definitely go back!
