alle beoordelingen weergevenFirst time to try pound and it was fun! There is no pressure in this class and even beginners can follow. Although, if you will really perform coach Jas’ steps…the whole process of dancing is a total workout! It just looks easy but for me this is more challenging than Mixxedfit.

alle beoordelingen weergevenBig thanks to Coach Doty for her care and understanding. I am really a beginner since I have a sedentary lifestyle with super limited exercise incorporated in my daily routine. She helped me and my partner through the routine and was so encouraging too. Thanks a lot to the staff also for being so supportive and approachable. My introverted self would not have survived without everyone's enthusiasm. Hope to come back again next time!

alle beoordelingen weergevenLoved Coach Gil's class! Her instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. The moves were beginner level but still has that spiciness to it! I also like how the warmups stretched us a lot, something other studios don't do! Would love to take her class again.

Carbon One Laser Facial - BESTSELLER! (Reduces Pore Size, Mattifies Skin + Reduces Dark Spots)
alle beoordelingen weergevenI enjoyed my session overall, and I was actually happy with the good results I could already see on my face right after the treatment. However, I feel the experience could have been even more enjoyable with a warmer and more engaging attendant. As a first-timer, I would have appreciated knowing more about the steps and procedures she was doing, with some explanation along the way about what to expect and how each step benefits my skin. A little more interaction, guidance, and conversation would have helped create a better connection and made me feel more comfortable throughout the session. Overall, the treatment itself was good, and I was pleased with the immediate results, but having an attendant who is more warm, lively, and personable would definitely make the experience more memorable.
