Thank you so much! I am coming back every week and increase from there as my body gets used to the activity. I missed dancing. 🥰

It was low stress, the instructor was wonderful, and the choreography wasn’t too difficult to follow along with. I was nervous going in, but Michaela put me at ease and it felt like a safe space for a beginner. She has a great teaching style that’s both lively and calm. I’ll definitely go back!
