This may not be for everybody, but I really enjoyed it. The flow fit the tempo of the music, so it made sense and was not distracting.

She had a great sense of humor and when you’re burning like that it is most definitely helpful! I will say I was a little confused walking into my first class only because the front desk woman didn’t do anything to direct me at all & so I walked into the wrong room since I had never been in before. I also didn’t know how to position myself in the room. BUT lauren made my experience go from a 5 to a 10! I will be back.

It was just like going through 26 different poses, each two times through. Probably great for beginners, though, or someone who wants to spend more time focusing on their poses and postures. I’d rather a class with music and yoga flows + sequences.

I learned more in one session than I learned in a month of grappling elsewhere. And the skills are real and can be applied to feel more confident in real life. While it was only 30 min, it really challenged my body and willpower. I mostly made it through. Thank you to the instructor for being approachable, accommodating, and pushing me through the workouts! I appreciate that she gave modifications when I couldn’t push through the normal exercise so I could keep going during the timer.
