Very early in the class I had an issue with my hamstrings going very tight after a good few weeks off in marathon recovery and Megan helped throughout with stretching and adapted movements which really helped ease the tightness and also allow me to get a lighter workout in instead of quitting altogether, Thankyou very much HIGHLY recommend!

I saw some negative comments about the music selection which I totally disagree with - I felt like I was able to keep in sync with the beat. I also saw some comments about a lack of breaks, which is technically true, but this class is somewhat “self-paced”, so you’re able to slow down and give yourself a chance to catch a breath, if needed.

I wish there were actual yoga mats for the floor workouts rather than square foam pieces, and 2. while on the ground I noticed a decent bit of dust/dirt/hair/etc. so I didn’t feel super clean on the ground. That being said, I would bring my own yoga mat next time to take those concerns. All in all, Emily was a really great instructor, super motivating, and extremely welcoming! I think I’d like to try out the other classes that this gym offers in the future.
