BUT hereās the thing: after we finish savasana, our āomā chant and the serene ānamaste,ā suddenly itās applause time? Honestly, itās like being yanked out of a peaceful pond and into a stadium wave or yoga performance? (I get itāitās meant to celebrate the more physical practice and that we made it throughābut my inner zen is still trying to finish its cool-down. Still love this studio but you will never see me clapping. š¤·š¼āāļø
