alle beoordelingen weergevenI don’t think I’ve ever sweated more in any class. Energy is high, music is blasting, and lights are dim. Definitely a unique sculpt class with the layout, and they have you moving to the beat the entire class! Great instructor, loved her energy and explanations.

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe infrared class is bringing the heat! It was a perfect blend of warming intensity- 82 or so, but with infrared ambient temperature is not the hot spot, it’s you! This class was a perfect ending to anyone’s day. You start with a nicely paced warmup and work into toning sequences. The studio provides a very thick cushion base mat, you bring your sweat towel/hot yoga style towel, and detox while sculpting. Cold essential oil infused towelettes are passed around post workout. I loved this class and will be back! Detox and sculpt away!

I always get a healthy challenge and leave feeling better than when I arrived. I appreciate the pace and exercises! Her playlists are always great too! Book the class.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI highly recommend this class if you have soreness. Silvia will help you unlock the full potential of the foam roller for some really intense stretch and massage. She encourages you to listen to your body and go to as gentle or deep of a stretch as you need. I've never been to a class like this anywhere else before, and I definitely want to keep coming back!

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe studio is so beautiful and clean with plenty of space, a nice (separate) lobby, bottle filling station, bathrooms, etc. Carter at the front desk is so joyful and welcoming and greets people by name. And BRIDGIT!!! Wow! She makes the class! She remembers people and details about them, greeting people by name and with a hug. Thanking you for sharing an hour of your time. It is the greatest environment I have ever experienced. The class itself has plenty of modifications and is entirely guided with light up candles, relaxing music, semi-darkness semi-hot. Be aware that Yin is a slower practice and more of a stretch and mental practice than a physical workout but a great Sunday morning weekly reset. I’d give it 6 out of 5 stars if I could!

Instructor and class members were welcoming, very casual vibes. The workout room is clean, spacious with huge windows and tons of natural sunlight. I would definitely recommend.
