    Loved how comfortable and cute the space was. Really liked the carpet inside the studio. Helped with getting on and off the floor. The cardio class with Allie was challenging in a good way! Kept us moving but there were moments of resets that were helpful. Could feel the burn in all of the right places even when trying some modifications due to my size.

    I like the HERO classes on Fridays. They tend to lean more on strength than cardio which is what I’m looking for. This is a challenging class that is allowing me to move beyond the plateau where I was stuck. I’m getting stronger and it feels great. If you are a BEGINNER, don’t be intimidated, the coaches will proactively work with you to provide modifications to suit your level of fitness. It is meant to be a challenging workout with some advanced exercise but there are people at all levels in the classes, each person doing their own version of the target exercises. It is a very supportive environment.

    Cardio Sculpt 60

    This was my first time doing a jazzercise class and it was so much fun! The class was warm, welcoming and high energy. Music was on point and I felt engaged the entire time. There was no pressure, just a good time, and modifications were demonstrated for those who preferred low impact. Adina was awesome!
