alle beoordelingen weergevenEinfach zauberhaft! Das Studio ist ein Traum, sehr sauber, es gibt Getränke und einen großen Raum zum Umziehen (inklusive Umkleide). Die Stunde mit Nele ist wie im Flug vergangenen. Es war mein erstes Mal Reformer Pilates, und ich kann jetzt schon sagen: es war definitiv nicht das letzte Mal! :) Die Übungen sind kreativ und machen Spaß, zudem sind die Gruppen klein. Nele leitet hervorragend an, sodass man zwar ins Schwitzen kommt, aber sich nicht gehetzt fühlt, und es gibt bei den Übungen immer mehrere Optionen, je nachdem, wieviel man sich zutraut. Nur zu empfehlen! (Auch für Anfänger.) :)

Der Space war klasse, sehr schön und vollständig ausgestattet mit Blick ins durchgewachsene Grüne. Gamze war sehr professionell und ich kam bei den Übungen gut mit - die Musik war dabei sehr angenehm, was mir besonders wichtig ist.

Stock (mit Fahrstuhl), schöner Rundumblick auf den Straßburger Platz, es gibt eine große Umkleide (mit Vorhängen) sowie ein großes Bad. Dazu gab es natürlich genügend Platz für die Matten für die Pilates-Stunde. Linda ist eine aufmerksame Lehrerin, die motiviert und Verbesserungen gibt (aber nie so, dass es unangenehm wäre.) Ich bin Anfängerin und war komplett begeistert, wie wohl ich mich gefühlt habe. Nur zu empfehlen!

He created a flow that was very easy to follow, the body was always in simple positions, but with maximum engagement of the muscles, my legs were shaking the entire time. Studio wise, because there are so many reformers in the studio, I can only recommend it to people that have done plenty of classes before, as you beed more knowledge to understand the movements, what muscles to engage, etc.

You have to have a good German, but you can also just look around and figure out what folks are doing as long as you can count you can definitely participate. This is a much smaller cycling studio, which has a very nice vibe. They try to be creative with music. I did the flower power one which was a lot of throwback hits. He mentioned they’ll do a best movie themed one too, so it’s a little different than the techno blasting and most of the studios that mixing things up was really nice. Thanks for an incredible workout and I will be back!

Serkan ist super nett und gleichzeitig hochprofessionell – das merkt man schon, sobald man den Raum betritt. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und gut aufgehoben 😊 Besonders positiv fand ich, dass er sich viel Zeit nimmt, um die Teilnehmenden zu korrigieren, damit man die Übungen in der richtigen Haltung ausführt und wirklich effektiv trainiert. Es war mein erstes Mal bei einem Pilateskurs, bei dem zusätzlich Gewichte und eine Holzstange eingesetzt werden – das hat das Training besonders abwechslungsreich und intensiv gemacht. Die Übungen waren sehr gezielt und sinnvoll aufgebaut und eignen sich wirklich für jedes Level und jedes Alter. Ich habe mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt und hatte gleichzeitig das Gefühl, meinen Körper richtig zu fordern. Vielen Dank für den tollen Kurs – ich komme definitiv wieder und kann ihn nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. 🤗 Bis bald!
