see all reviewsAshley was amazing! She had fun, unique style and brought such great energy to class. She was friendly and welcoming to everyone, and you can just tell she enjoys what she does! She knew just what to say to keep us going and finish strong! The class flowed well and her queues were easy to follow, she even quickly demos the next move so you know what’s coming next before countdown. It was such a good workout for only 45 mins! Her music was fantastic, too, which always helps make for a great class! The space was really cute and nice and felt clean. Overall a great vibes at this studio!

see all reviewsI lovedddd this class. I’m new to this style of working out but REP has been really encouraging to me as a beginner. You can tell all levels take classes here too which I also find encouraging. Kubo gives me corrections on my form which I find super valuable. But she also encourages pushing yourself. I never thought Id be someone who even touched 30 lb weights & now they don’t feel so off limits. And there are muscles in my back that are pleasantly sore this morning that I didn’t even know I had! I can’t wait to take this class again.

see all reviewsI was nervous about this class because I am weak, inflexible, fat, and uncoordinated, and I was anticipating that it would be at best lightly humiliating. But I enjoyed the heck out of the class, and I felt supported, safe, and welcome (and not at all humiliated). The teacher offered a lot of variations on activities that I think allowed all participants to be challenged. I got sweaty and elevated my heart rate a bit, but it definitely isn't a cardio experience. It did wear out some of my muscles, and I was a little sore the next day in some weird ways. Mostly, though, it was just really fun and interesting to move my body in ways I haven't in decades.
