The owner kicked off the class with a super fun welcome and helped me set my bike up and made sure I was set! I felt super supported and I really appreciate her taking the time to help me setup as beginner/first time here not all trainers do this and it made for a pleasant and comfortable ride considering the badass fun sweaty torture she doled out the next 45 min haha! Will be back!

I want to be able to come back to this studio but the fact that they charge $5 to rent shoes makes that pretty unlikely. I’ve been to many different spin studios and have never needed to pay for shoes so I was quite surprised by the charge. Shoes usually cost over $100 and not everyone can afford that or the extra $5 per class :/
