Such a lovely space with very welcoming staff! Since it was my first time coming in, they gave me a little gift and a tour of their space. If you have a yoga mat I’d recommend brining it since it’s a few dollars to rent one. As someone who hasn’t taken a yoga class before sometimes it was a little confusing to follow along with by I was able to get by watching what everyone else was doing. It was challenging but very relaxing at the same time. Great customer service and nice class, would recommend!

Class with Maggie was a great introduction to Barre3. Visiting from NYC where I go to Barre Method and this class was great! Most people are barefoot, and the floor is like a linoleum, so I’d recommend grippy socks if you’re used to carpet floors. Breathwork at the very end was a nice touch.

Great combination of cardio and weightlifting interval training. It's a gym where you can just go and follow the instructor's lead. Janelle keeps you motivated throughout. She encourages the workout to stay fun and energized. The workout environment itself is edgy and has very dim lighting with red lighting and high intense music playing throughout. Just the type of zone to focus on yourself and keep at it. Definitely recommend checking it out.

She knew just what to say to keep us going and finish strong! The class flowed well and her queues were easy to follow, she even quickly demos the next move so you know what’s coming next before countdown. It was such a good workout for only 45 mins! Stage 7

I love this studio and the instructors, but this particular workout “Stage 7” was a hot mess. People were very confused on the format (regardless of how many times the instructors explained it). This was only made worse by the fact that there were too many people in class. I think Stage 7 should be retired into the land of misfit workouts never to be seen again.

Love love love this class. It’s like no other exercise class I’ve taken before - the class is centered around the instructor’s view that we are taking care of our older bodies now. I think this would be a great class to transition into Pilates if you’re confident in your strength and mobility, or already do similar exercises. The studio is lovely and everyone in the class was very kind. I don’t think I’d recommend it for true beginners like myself as it moves pretty quick and I didn’t have the strength to execute some of the exercises ( not much in the way of modifications). Heated Vinyasa Flow

First class at Yogariot was nice. Very full class on a Friday 10am after a holiday. Would not recommend for a beginner, you get audio-only cues from the instructor so you need to know what each pose is as they are called out. Maybe the regulars aren’t used to staggering in order to share space? I’m visiting from NYC where classes are usually full with only 3-4” between mats. Instructor could cue more effectively to help everyone get a good class with limited space.

    Flow & Align

A wonderful first experience at Dear Yoga. It’s a lovely space with great views from huge windows. Class was just what I needed: Well balanced strength and balance work and a nice period of floor work ace savasana. Enjoyed the instructor, too. Thank you!
