It blends strength, mobility, and calisthenics in a way I wasn’t used to—more of a free-flow style than just copying a teacher. The instructor was great, guiding us clearly, and even though I found the choregraphy tricky—like figuring out which arm or leg to move first—it really challenged me in a positive way. I’ll probably come back for a challange

The warmup was perfect and the class progressed smoothly for a good challenge. Durrah’s cues were fantastic and she gave every student individual attention and adjustments to ensure proper alignment. The class was really accessible for all levels and I felt very comfortable practicing with other more advanced students. I came out of the class feeling better than when I arrived. Wonderful studio and great instructors all around.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI absolutely loved this yoga class. Normally, I’m more into Pilates and not the biggest yoga person, but this class completely changed my mind. It was the perfect mix of relaxation, stretching, and strength training, especially for the arms. The atmosphere made it so easy to really switch off, reconnect with yourself, and fully relax while still feeling like you got a great workout. By the end of the class, I genuinely felt like a new person. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Além disso, o espaço é muito acolhedor, limpo, organizado e bem cuidado, transmitindo conforto e tranquilidade desde o início.
