Ivana is an amazing instructor who actually did the whole workout together with us <3 If you are looking for a morning workout that gets the energy for the day I’ll recommend this class!

It’s great to have an instructor who understands and prioritises the stretching and cooling down of muscles after an intense class. And warming up properly too! I will 100% be back. She has wonderful energy

Me alegra mucho que haya una actividad así en Ayamonte. También es genial que esté disponible a través de ClassPass, lo hace muy cómodo. Ojalá pudieran abrir más horarios a través de la app sobre todo por la mañana, ya que actualmente solo puedo reservar por la tarde y me encantaría poder ir más veces.

I found it challenging at times, but he provided support and modifications. He has a lovely and well-located studio, and was perfectly fluent in English, so no worries for non-Portuguese speakers!
