alle beoordelingen weergevenA aula em si foi incrível, como sempre. A instrutora é sempre muito prestável e profissional, daí voltar sempre que posso. É realmente uma aula que gosto muito. Mas, e lamento dize-lo, existem pessoas sem noção de como se devem comportar numa aula, e, especialmente, que não sabem "ler o ambiente". Este comentário não é tanto ao espaço nem à instrutora, mas aos restantes participantes para terem um bocadinho mais de noção, podemos ser engraçados sem ser inconvenientes.

The class is advanced and genuinely challenging and the flow is well built. This is a class where you feel proper yoga. Highly recommended!!

Since it was a small class, we got lots of personalised attention, which made the experience even better. The studio is small but really cosy, well-organised and has such a nice atmosphere. Everyone was lovely and welcoming!

Depois de experimentar várias práticas e abordagens, foi aqui que encontrei uma forma de praticar yoga em que consigo realmente estar presente, respirar fundo, desafiar o corpo e reconectar-me. E as minhas costas agradecem, tem sido uma verdadeira terapia. O João está mesmo lá para nós: genuíno, presente e sem floreados. É essa simplicidade que me faz sentir que estou, de facto, a praticar yoga. Nenhuma aula é igual à anterior, entre posturas familiares, leva-nos sempre a explorar outras novas, ora mais Hatha, ora mais Yin, sempre com a clareza necessária para nos guiar onde nos quer levar.
