Hatha Yoga

alle beoordelingen weergevenI have been practicing yin with João at his Sunday morning class for a few years now and I am very grateful to have this class available to me. It is clear that João is very knowledgeable and I have complete trust in him. His direction is clear and concise, allowing space for silence. He is always 100% committed to each class and each student and I have learnt so much from him. Thank you João.

alle beoordelingen weergevenAbsolutely loved this class - the space is just lovely and I was really looking for something more active with my two weeks on the Algarve and this class was perfect. The teacher was amazing with advice and adjustments especially as there wasn’t many of us but it was really fun and I hope I get time to go back!

alle beoordelingen weergevenOne of my favorite yoga sessions. The instructor was very good and I loved the pace of the class and her flows. I’m a beginner but still found it easy to follow along and keep up with the class. Would highly recommend Asha’s Place and the yoga session with Gen.

Sara was so intuitive about knowing where my muscles needed certain pressures or techniques. I left feeling so much better and so relaxed.
