As someone with absolutely zero dance background, it was surprisingly rewarding to get through it and actually enjoy myself 💃😭 Only warning: the post-class DOMS is REAL. Your muscles will file a formal complaint the next day. I’d definitely recommend scheduling a rest day before booking another class after this one 😂

Gusto ko lang naman talaga pawisan, and kuhang-kuha ito sa Popvive ni Coach Ecko. 💯 Really appreciated him, and his large class of titas doing awesome dance moves. We danced to Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift, DJ Khalid, it was so fun! I wouldn't recommend this if you wanna learn choreography per se, because you need to at least be able to follow beats (and intuitively get dance moves like kick-ball-change and body waves and the like). For non-dancers like me, you can modify the moves on your own. If you just want to jam out and sweat, you'll love this 12nn class. I want to go back! ✨️🙏💯

He gave me 10 rounds for the 120-minute duration which I thought was really sulit but program could be improved with a proper abs/circuit/stretching after to end the session. Will go back :)
