The two coaches were so kind and encouraging but not in your face which I hate. Will 100% be back next time I am in Reno 😊

Really helpful to see the moves displayed on the screens on one wall so you are never confused on what to do if you forget what you are supposed to do. I loved every minute of it.

It was a tough class, but I felt like we were all in it together and I left feeling amazing. Kind of a strange building but the gym and the studio were really nice and clean, also easy parking.
