    I took a beginner Pilates class at Perfect Fit with Jennifer through ClassPass, and it was a wonderful introduction to the practice. Jennifer was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain not only the movements, but also the purpose behind each one—breath work, spinal alignment, and body awareness and how to prevent injury I left feeling inspired to continue learning and building on the foundation she introduced. I’m looking forward to coming back and exploring more techniques. Highly recommend this class for anyone new to Pilates or looking for a thoughtful, well-guided experience!
