As a mom of 4, I needed to modify some exercises as I work on rehabilitating my pelvic floor. Lauren was great to show me modifications and other exercises I could do. Super friendly staff. Clean, organized gym, and a great workout!

F45 is the same movements (but more of them in less time) and you do get the personal attention you would get from a personal trainer. Love it! Also the music and overall vibe at this location are excellent.

The Quarterbacks hybrid class was the perfect workout to jump start my morning. Highly recommend it for an all in one work out that will make you sweat and leave you feeling accomplished. The biggest difference is having two “coaches” constantly peruse the room making sure our form is on point or modifying a move to something better suited for that person. The expert guidance of Catalina shed light on moves I thought I’ve been doing correctly for many years …nope. Thanks for truly leading a class that emulates personal trainer attention to detail. I wanted to switch it up from regular strength training, and this was everything I didn’t know I needed. Burned over 800 calories in 45 minute workout, it was tough but they demonstrated modifications for when you needed to take it down a notch. Highly recommend!

The instructor Vincent was great as always and the other people in the class are nice. I like that it’s not chatty or cliquey - everyone is friendly enough but focused on getting it done. Great spot for a workout.

Loved how the trainer (coach) stays in the room and corrects form and encourages you. The training area needs a good cleaning. The turf areas are beaten down and slippery; need to be replaced. The space is tight with a good amount of weights on the floor in groupings for people to use. Overall, enjoyed the class and will come back.

I would definitely come back to take another class here and I can see how people get addicted to it! My only qualm is that there isn’t really a locker room- just one shower and a mirror with a sink. But it still works!
