I was in such awe of her. The amount of strength you need to move your body so gracefully was insane. I just squatted 150lbs this morning before class but I can’t hold my leg straight forward on my tippy toes????? So humbling. Will come again. Please don’t go easy on me!! 🩰

Definitely the most challenging thing I’ve done on ClassPass— not strenuous as a workout but a bit challenging to keep pace with the movements and remember the choreography. Really good instruction at the beginning, explaining the exercises for each station in the circuit, and it felt pretty fast paced as we moved through, doing enough reps to feel fatigued but not so many that you get bored. Jamie keeps an eye on each person and gives specific suggestions for improving form or adjusting weight. The music and instructor are fun and upbeat, and for the 7am class, she even provides cold brew coffee which was a nice surprise. My shoulders and arms are sore today, and I feel like I got more strength building out of this than other group training classes. FYI: the strength class is shoes on, and no mat needed.
