What really stood out was how personal her guidance and instruction felt, she took the time to check in with everyone and make sure each person was getting the most out of the workout. I also truly appreciated that she asked permission before class if she could make any physical adjustments. That level of mindfulness, respect, and professionalism is something you don’t always find, and I’m sure it made everyone feel comfortable and supported throughout class. Taylor creates such a welcoming and positive environment while still delivering a challenging and effective workout. I left feeling stronger, energized, and already looking forward to my next class!
