I had the best time here. The workout was challenging and the instructor was really nice and helped me with my form and how to properly do the moves. Really great friendly atmosphere. People are all happy to be there and the staff was very welcoming. Just make sure to do as they ask and show up 20+ minutes early to Get your registration in and get prepped for the class. Looking forward to coming back again soon.
