alle beoordelingen weergevenI really enjoyed the structure of this class. You can make it as challenging as you need. It’s wise with how hot the room is to go lighter in weights than your usual. The instructor was super friendly and actually did the workout with us. I love the cold lavender towel and popsicle at the end!

She breaks it down really well and provides options to make it easier. I’ve been twice and it’s SO FUN and everyone is so positive and encouraging even though I’m not very good… yet ;)

Makes it super comfortable for first timers and challenges those who are already skilled. Leaving this class I felt stronger, kinder, wiser, and at peace. Can’t recommend enough.
