There wasn’t a ton of emphasis on technique, which is different from my other barre classes, so I could see a beginner not getting the most out of it or even feeling pain afterwards.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI’m just not the biggest fan of the MOTR machine but I’m glad they incorporate different tools into their Pilates classes. I feel like the MOTR machine is uneven weight, hurts my back, and is not the best tool. I’m only writing this review so anyone reading without the greatest balance or has issues should try a different class at this studio
