You also kicked the girl’s a$$ next to me, her sweat was flinging onto me and my mat…(kinda gross, I was very icked) but absolutely intense. This class and her style of teaching is definitely not catered to beginners. If you want a challenge and an intense sweat dripping mat session, take Holly! Thank you so so much for the good sweat! You had everyone in class slipping and sliding in their own bodily fluids❤️
