I was scared of the waxing part only because ive never done it but we were having such a good talk i completely forgot about it and it didnt hurt! I think peeling a bandaid hurts more lol she walked me through the service of what to expect and adjusted if you wanted to try a different look. Much appreciated , the studio is super clean , renovated and warm. I get so cold i didnt even need a jacket and i was so comfortable the entire time while having a lot of fun talking/ relating. I get nervous getting services done i can never feel relaxed but shes so fun & easy to talk to. I was so relaxed & felt welcomed in her space. I loved her company & girl can talk and work without falling behind. 100/10 would come again. No regrets ! Coming again forsure
