Definitely the most challenging thing I’ve done on ClassPass— not strenuous as a workout but a bit challenging to keep pace with the movements and remember the choreography. These instructors really know what they’re doing + it’s clearly a well oiled machine. Super fun and overall recommend, as embarrassing as it was LOL

Mats are provided but I brought my own. I can already feel my core being sore haha. After you can use the shower which has towels, blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Or you can use the sauna so that’s really nice. I’d say it’s worth the 14 credits despite people complaining lol
