Caitlyn is an outstanding teacher—patient, encouraging and able to customize class to every level of dancer present. Other students are super friendly and welcoming. She has a way of making everyone feels comfortable. It’s so nice to take some thing other than yoga, gym workout or aerobics. And this class is great for your brain, and not too difficult, therefore not too intimidating, but you do sweat !!!! So don’t be afraid to jump into something new!!!
