It was a perfect mixture of deep tissue and a relaxing Swedish massage. Yes, the masseuse did get on the bottom of the table towards my feet, which I did not find uncomfortable at all. It helped her get a better angle on my lower back and my thighs. Anybody who has ever gotten an authentic Thai massage would appreciate that. The service included everything that was promised. It was a full body massage including a face massage, scalp massage, full back massage, front arms and legs, hot rocks, a foot scrub, and even a leg and arm stretch at the end. I believe the room was shared with the red light therapy (I saw it on when I walked in) and you could hear it when people walked in and out. But let me tell you, Celeste rocked my world. Her deep tissue pressure was hard but so necessary for someone like me whose anxiety and stress just gets stored in their body. You gotta literally breathe through the intensity at times (and she tells you as such) but it is worth it on the other side.
