Jill said that for some folks some emotions will come up and in my case I started crying, and it felt good to have some release. I will definitely be returning to class and highly encourage for others to try. Thank you Jill.

I would recommend posting a Venmo QR code or something like that for tips! Maybe it could be in the room so people can tip after getting dressed after the service. I didn’t have cash unfortunately
